Q: Where do you go from here?
A: SB7 – Create, Share and Flow…
SB 7 involves taking all you have learned and applying it to creative processes and sharing the creative fruits of those processes with the world in a way you find fulfilling and feels satisfying.
Let’s look at each of these three elements in turn…
Create…
A fundamental urge…
Creation is a fundamental urge of existence. It is as natural as breathing.
A human cannot exist without breathing
and the essence of you cannot exist without creating.
A child creates spontaneously, in its imagining, playing, painting, storytelling, and singing.
Our nature is to create and, for some, the urge to create is as strong as the urge to procreate.
We are natural creators.
All creations, & agents of creation…
Look at the world around you...
- Look at the creative urge that expresses itself all around you.
Look at your physical body...
- Look at the exquisite complexity, artful construction, balance, beauty, and harmonious workings of your body.
Look at our planet...
- Look at the DIVERSITY of life forms and ecosystems.
- Look at the forests and streams, mountains, deserts, and jungles.
- Look at the complexity of weather systems, ocean currents, the flow of magma deep in the Earth and through volcanoes.
- Look at the creative “brush strokes,” the gradual etching of water on stone, the slow grinding of glaciers and tectonic plates, and the lazy drift of the continents themselves.
This planet is alive, and you are inseparably connected to it.
Look at the heavens...
- Look at our solar system, our galaxy, and the expanse of the known Universe.
- Our physical minds struggle to comprehend the complexity, diversity, and scale.
- As humans, we are between the pulsing, flitting subatomic quantum particles of the infinitesimally small, and the incomprehensible grandness of the infinitely large.
- Yet somehow, IF we can remember, we KNOW we are a part of it, are connected to it, and are inseparable from it.
- We are embedded in the web of creation. We phase in and out of it in a multitude of forms, breathe it in and exhale it out. It passes through us, and we through it.
- We are One with creation, yet free to explore its domain through space and time, and to create and share OUR creations with our fellow explorers.
To create is the reason consciousness exists, and to create is the reason we exist.
Mediums of creation…
We have a multitude of mediums and forms available to us with which to create.
- How do you wish to do your creating?
- What forms shall they take?
- What messages shall they convey?
- Which lives shall they touch?
What do you want to create?
The answer to the following questions is within yourself, to be discovered and expressed.
- Do you want to create poetry, philosophy, music, or theatre?
- Do you want to create paintings, or sculpting, or songs?
- Do you want to create through food and drink? Are you a chef, brewer, vintner, or baker?
- Do you want to create structures and buildings?
- Do you want to create gardens, transforming soil and sunlight into plants?
- Do you want to create a business empire that enriches you and others who work there?
- Do you want to create soothing by healing and reducing suffering?
- Do you want to create greater equity, fairness, and justice in the world?
- Do you want to create more creativity by inspiring, uplifting, and empowering others to do their own creating?
- Do you want to teach formally in a structured environment or by training apprentices?
- Do you want to teach by example, by living your life in plain view of others whose imaginations might be piqued and provoked into forms of creation they might not have pursued otherwise?
- Do you want to create a family of your own, to raise children and convey to them the best of what you have, and know, and are?
- Do you want to create vibrant, healthy, thriving communities?
- Do you want to create new understanding by seeking discovery within yourself and the world?
Discovery and expression…
Creation is a process of discovering and expressing what is within you and what you are capable of and exposing that wealth to the world so it can be seen and experienced, by you and by others.
Share…
Sharing the fruits of creation…
Creation seeks and needs an audience.
YOU are the primary audience of your creations, the first layer of its migration into larger spheres, but creation has its own needs and urges.
Creation does NOT want isolation and limitation. It does NOT want its light
“hidden under a basket.”
Creation wants to be seen and be known, given, and received by those who are hungry for it and appreciative of what it offers.
A yearning…
Creation yearns to share, and be shared, and YOU as a creature of creation, as an agent of creation, yearn to share.
There is a fear promoted in 2k that those who HAVE will want to HOARD and consume it all themselves and will not want to share. As discussed in SB6, this thinking is based on lack, limitation, and separation and is a product of the backward 2k paradigm.
These are base, animalistic fears and expectations.
But they are not truth…
…not for the enlightened and fully actualized.
These fears are weeds that have been seeded in our individual and collective consciousness.
They are fertilized widely in 2k, but they choke out healthy growth, and these weeds need to be pulled out and disposed of.
Truth is, we have available to us a Universe of abundance and infinite supply, and the most natural thing for us to do in such Universe, is to share.
Creation yearns for an audience,
and it is through sharing that it finds that audience.
Sharing completes the circuit of creation and allows the currency of abundance to circulate, fertilize and energize all elements, from core to extremities.
Sharing is a natural urge…
We felt the URGE to share when we were children.
We feel the urge to share with friends and family, with our children, and with our spouse, lover, life partner, best friend, or soulmate.
Sharing is the natural next step
after creation.
Why create…
…if not to share your creation?
So…
- What will you share?
- How will you share?
- With whom will you share?
- How will you share?
And how does this innate urge to create and share
square with the requirement to provide for our earthly needs?
The practical, skeptical voice…
There may arise a practical, skeptical voice within us that says,
“How does this put food on the table, a roof over my head, and provide security for my family?”
“Can I really afford to
follow my passion for creating?
What about money?”
Money…
Money is just a means, a currency, of transfer, an energy exchange.
It is just one form of abundance… but it has been spotlighted and idolized within many cultures.
Money IS a significant element within the paradigm 2k reality, but its importance will gradually fade away and be supplanted by a more advanced practice. CRiA. More about that later.
For now, money is the primary symbol and means for exchange of value.
When something of value changes hands, money changes hands to balance the energy.
Money is representation of value,
and wherever value is created,
money can be created.
If you have knowhow and talents that others appreciate and desire, they will pay you for them.
You just need to get clear on your creative offerings
and imagine ways to share them.
People will gladly pay once they recognize
the value of your offering.
Bringing value to the world…
So…
- How shall YOU bring something of value to the world?
- And how does this relate to your desire to create and to share?
- And how does this mesh with your reason for being, your life purpose, mission, and the reason you came here in the first place?
How does it all fit together?
Japanese concept of Ikigai…
Ikigai is a Japanese term and concept.
Per Wikipedia, Ikigai is defined as:
Ikigai (生き甲斐, lit. ’a reason for being’) is a Japanese concept referring to something that gives a person a sense of purpose, a reason for living.
The Oxford English Dictionary defines ikigai as “a motivating force; something or someone that gives a person a sense of purpose or a reason for living”. More generally it may refer to something that brings pleasure or fulfillment.
Ikigai can describe having a sense of purpose in life, as well as being motivated. Feeling ikigai as described in Japanese usually means the feeling of accomplishment and fulfillment that follows when people pursue their passions. Activities that generate the feeling of ikigai are not forced on an individual; they are perceived as being spontaneous and undertaken willingly, and thus are personal and depend on a person’s inner self.
Passion, skill, need, & reward…
Ikigai is finding the intersection of…
- What you love,
- What you are good at,
- What the world needs, and…
- What you can get paid for.
Ikigai is essentially
following your passion
and highest excitement
to add meaning and satisfaction
to life.
This diagram illustrates the concept of Ikigai...
Logotherapy & reason to live…
Viktor Frankl developed a technique called Logotherapy to help people find their reason to live by asking the question:
“Why do you not commit suicide?”
Answering this question helps people discover their life’s purpose, to confront their issues and to move forward on their quest to fulfill their destiny while overcoming obstacles encountered along the way.
Five steps…
Logotherapy can be summarized in five steps.
- A person feels empty, frustrated, or anxious.
- The therapist shows them that what they are feeling is a desire to have a meaningful life.
- The client discovers their life’s purpose as seen from that point in their life.
- The client decides to accept or reject that destiny.
- This newfound passion for life helps them overcome obstacles & sorrows.
According to Logotherapy…
- We don’t create the meaning of our life, we discover it.
- We each have a unique reason for being, which can be adjusted or transformed many times over the years.
- Just as WORRY often brings about precisely the thing that was feared, OBSESSION on a desire can keep that desire from being fulfilled.
- HUMOUR can help break negative cycles and reduce anxiety.
We ALL have the capacity to do noble or terrible things,
depending on our CHOICES rather than the condition we find ourselves in.
You can read more about Logotherapy in Viktor Frankl’s Man’s Search for Meaning.
Existential frustration…
Existential frustration arises when one feels their life is without purpose or that purpose is skewed.
It is a spiritual anguish that drives one to SEEK a cure
in the form of greater meaning and satisfaction in their life.
This frustration can be
a positive catalyst for change and growth.
It can be the precursor to finding meaning and purpose.
This frustration is a sign of aching for growth, just like “growing pains” in an adolescent are in indicator of incipient growth.
In seeking to discover your ikigai
it’s important to consider the attributes
you want in your life.
Packaging your passion…
Once you have clarified…
- What you love,
- What you are good at,
- What the world needs, and…
- What can support you…
How shall you bundle your passion
into a package that fits you and the world?
What is your nature?
What is the nature of your personality and what settings might leverage these traits?
Myers-Briggs
What is your personality type based on the Myers-Briggs personality type indicator?
Knowing this may help you embrace your natural nature and find the environment best suited for you.
There may be a tendency to try to be the personality, role, or “character” you think you need to be in the “theatre of life” to be “successful”.
Trying to be someone you’re not, can lead to discomfort, inner turmoil, and dis-ease.
Knowing your personality type may help you accept and embrace the personality you naturally gravitate to, and help steer towards activities and work that mesh well with your personality.
You can find out more about Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) here.
There are several other personality tests you can take online or with the help of a practitioner, just google “personality tests” and see what comes up.
What are your natural aptitudes and proclivities?
Life Purpose Profiles…
Rhys Thomas has authored a book Discover Your Life’s Purpose that outlines 5 Life Purpose Profiles.
- Creative Idealist
- Emotional Intelligence Specialist
- Team Player
- Charismatic Leader-Charmer
- Knowledgeable Achiever
Your Life Purpose Profile is another way to think about, assess, embrace, and leverage your true nature and match it with pursuits and activities that would showcase and channel them.

Whatever packaging and offering you decide to do,
do it in a state of FLOW…
Flow…
The Power of Flow...
Flow is a state of consciousness conducive to creativity
and to finding pleasure in the process of creating.
When you are in flow there is no future and no past, only the present moment. You are totally immersed in the experience, not thinking about, or distracted by anything else.
Your ego dissolves, and you become part of what you are doing.
It is the pleasure, delight, creativity, and process of being completely immersed in life, through which we can have “optimal experiences.”
7 Conditions for Achieving Flow
- Knowing what to do.
- Knowing how to do it.
- Knowing how well you are doing.
- Knowing where you want to go and what you want to achieve.
- Perceiving significant challenges.
- Perceiving significant skills.
- Being free from distractions.
Example
For example, an experienced painter may be inspired to create a new landscape painting.
Using the numbering system above they…
Know what to do. They’ve decided to paint a new landscape painting that day.
- Know how to do it. They know how to paint, having painted many similar paintings before.
- Knowing how well you are doing. As they paint, they observe their progress and assess how well the painting is coming together. They see aspects that are pleasing, some they wish to improve upon, and others that remain to be done. They assess, critique, and appreciate their progress as they paint.
- Know where you want to go and what you want to achieve. They have a vision of what they want to achieve and an idea of what the finished painting might look like in their mind. They may decide to include a lake, a cabin, a bird in a tree, some of which exist in front of them, and some which exist only in their imagination, but they feel would enhance the painting.
- Perceiving significant challenges. They may be challenged getting the appearance of the waves on the water to look realistic, and the lighting such that the texture of their foam seems so real, they can feel the spray, smell the mist, and hear the sound created as the waves crash.
- Perceiving significant skills. The painter is pleased with their skills as expressed in detail like the bird’s feathers and realism of the smoke emanating from the cabin’s chimney.
- Being free from distractions. The painter is alone on the shore, the weather is ideal, no telephone, no kids to interrupt them, their mind is free, and it soars. They feel inspiration, creativity, and their talent coursing through them. They feel they inhabit the world they are capturing on canvas. All that exists is the view and the painting they are “one” with as they create and breathe life into it. They are immersed in a state of flow.
Challenging, achievable goals…
To flow, take on challenges you have a chance of accomplishing but are slightly outside your comfort zone.
- Too easy and the result will be boredom.
- Beyond your abilities, and the result will be anxiety.
- Just the right amount of challenge and the result will be flow.
Put your “basket” far enough out there that the shot is sufficiently challenging, and will be satisfying when you make it…
…but not so close as to be too easy, or so far out as to be impossible.
Aim for the “Goldie Locks”
zone of challenge, and… FLOW!
Compass over maps…
Set your expectation…
Reflect on what you hope to achieve BEFORE starting work and ENVISION and INTEND how you want the session to FEEL.
Just take a step…
If you find it difficult getting started, just take any small step in the direction you want to go and build from there.
Witness and APPRECIATE these steps and
acknowledge that they are carrying you along your way and
closer to your desired destination.
Any anxiety will subside, and you will relax into a state of flow.
Release attachment…
in flow, RELEASE any predetermined ideas of HOW the process should play out and just ALLOW inspiration to guide your direction and pace.
Allow the creative essence to FLOW through you and milk the magic for as long as possible until you feel yourself dropping out of flow.
Be appreciative of the segments of flow you experience.
Surfing and flow…
Think of Flow like surfing a wave...
- Start by preparing and gathering your board and paddling out to the area where (creative) waves tend to form.
- Sense the approach of and paddle purposefully to synchronize with the forming wave.
- Assuming peak form to ride the creative wave flow experience for all the pleasure, delight, and exhilaration it brings until the wave subsides or breaks as it reaches the beach.
- Drop out of flow and dismount.
- Feel and appreciate the satisfaction of the visceral, sensory experience. Milk it.
- Set full expectation of enjoying catching another wave and flow session next time around.
- Repeat until satisfied or flow diminishes and fades, and it feels the segment is over.
Flow like water...
When water meets an immovable object…
- it doesn’t complain,
- make excuses,
- or fight it,
- make excuses,
- it just sidesteps it,
- simply flows around it,
- and continues on its way.
- simply flows around it,
In all things,
Flow like water.
Monotask, not multitask…
Popular belief is that multitasking boosts results, but studies have shown the opposite effect. When multitasking, much time is wasted switching tasks ®aining momentum in each task.
Focusing exclusively on one task at a time:
- increases likelihood of achieving flow,
- increases productivity,
- reduces chances of making mistakes,
- provides a sense of calm and of being in control of the task at hand,
- causes us to be fully present with the person or task at hand, and…
…increases creativity
Concentrating on one thing
at a time is a key factor
in achieving flow.
To focus effectively
we need:
1. To be in a distraction-free environment
2. To have control over what we are doing at every moment.
Flowing with your ikigai…
High performing artisans, engineers, inventors, and other creators strive to always flow with their ikigai.
Ganbaru means persevering and staying firm
by doing one’s best.
Flowing with your ikigai can mean becoming completely absorbed in a task and persevering to solve a problem or resolve an issue. It is intensely focused, immersive absorption in a pursuit in a state of flow that enables creative GENIUS to express itself.
The key is always having a meaningful challenge to overcome
to maintain flow.
There can be immense enjoyment in flow
and the taking of pleasure in a pursuit and complete loss of time.
While in flow the person may feel they become ONE with the object they are creating and that the process of creating it is giving it LIFE.
Creating in flow may involve bringing technology, art, and nature
together to make a harmonious union of these.
Preserving space to flow…
Many highly creative and inspired people actively guard and PROTECT the time and experiences that bring them happiness and promote flow.
They KNOW how important it is to protect their space, CONTROL their environment and be free of distractions to maintain…
…flowing with their ikigai.
Microflow…
Creating meditative rhythm and flow in mundane tasks such as drying dishes, driving an un-challenging stretch of road, or doing a repetitive task can allow creative IDEAS to form.
For some, creative ideas occur in, of all places, the shower when going through the routine process of bathing… when the mind is at one level occupied, yet in another way idle.
For others it happens when doodling, working on a jigsaw puzzle, or playing a simple game of solitaire or sudoku.
Solutions to problems, or ideas of inspiration
may COALESCE out of the ether.
Walk away and refresh…
Sometimes when striving to solve a problem it helps to WALK AWAY from it for a while and engage in something totally different that can allow microflow to occur and fresh ideas and perspectives to gather.
Happiness in the doing,
not just the result…
Daily life involves rituals that can induce flow.
Take pleasure in daily rituals.
Break large projects into smaller tasks to make them more manageable and enjoyable, especially if one of the tasks is a ritual such as preparing a workspace.
The happiest people are not those who achieve the most.
They are those who spend most time in flow.
Other happiness contributors…
In many cultures where happiness and lifespan are high, volunteer work and making contributions to the community are HIGHER priorities than pursuit of money.
So is smiling, and laughing,
and having a good time,
especially when these are shared with
other member of the community.
Celebrations as a community are also an important part of life, as is having a spiritual practice.
In Japan it is believed everyone has a Mabui, which is spirit or SOURCE of their life force, which is immortal, and makes us who we are.
Me and the gang having a ball…
Adequate challenge…
Having adequate challenge is key element for good health since is creates a natural tension between what a person has been accomplished so far, relative to what they would like to achieve in future.
What is needed is not a peaceful, static existence, but a dynamic challenge they can strive to meet by applying the tools and skills at their disposal.
Grand essentials…
The grand essentials for happiness are:
- Something to do,
- Something to love, and
- Something to hope for.
Philosophy of life…
Philosophy of life includes the following:
- Don’t worry.
- Cultivate good habits.
- Nurture your friendships every day.
- Live an unhurried life.
- Be optimistic.
Lost your Ikigai? Find a new one…
Existential crises can arise when people feel
they must do what they are told to do, or what others do,
rather than what THEY want to do.
They may try to fill the gap between what is expected of them and what they want for themselves with power, possessions, physical pleasure or by numbing the senses.
Sunday neurosis may occur when the individual is temporarily freed of their work-week obligations and commitments, only to realize how empty they feel inside.
Such feelings can arise even more acutely
and in a prolonged way upon “retirement” when one loses their career or work-life raison d’etre.
They may need to find a NEW reason for getting out of bed…
…a new ikigai.
You can read more about Ikigai in books such as…
Ikigai – The Japanese Secret to a Long and Happy Life.

Congratulations!!!
P3k Base Code installed…
IF you have internalized the understandings contained in the P3k Pillars and SB7 Practices you have now completed installation of the Base Code of the P3k Operating System.
These are the fundamentals
that enable you to change your perspective, your life, and your future.
System reboots required…
Just like in a computer, to yield results system code must be initiated, executed, and kept running.
Logic processes must be initiated upon system Boot-up each morning.
If logic processor gets bogged down during the day and system response becomes sluggish, or if extraneous MIND VIRUSES are contracted from an unclean environment, additional reboots, data purges and system cleanses may be required.
In the beginning, operating system may require SEVERAL reboots throughout the day.
This is normal and frequency of reboots will DECREASE with time.
Please be patient as the new system establishes itself.
Rebooting process…
- Find a quiet space and allow the system to cool down.
- Become still, BREATHE slowly and deeply, Heart Centre, and ground.
- GO WITHIN, and access core memory, and remind yourself of ALL that you truly ARE, WHY you are here, what you believe, what is important to you, and ALL you are capable of.
- Become CLEAR on your ideals, and the importance of preserving personal INTEGRITY, and of maintaining BALANCE and composure.
Resuming normal operation…
- Once system has resumed stable operation, gradually reintroduce essential loads and tasks.
- Monitor system performance, especially operating temperature.
- Modulate load levels accordingly to maintain smooth operation, and to avoid overloads and meltdowns.
This is an adaptive process, and may require periodic adjustment and fine tuning.
- Once appropriate set-points, boundaries, and tolerances, are established, and effective, coping and re-centring subroutines are developed…
…operating patterns will stabilize,
and become natural, and automatic.
How far do you want to venture?
Exploring these subjects is like venturing up the Amazon River.
- How far do you want to explore?
- How curious are you regarding what lies around the next bend?
- At some point, will you say “ I am fine right here. I don’t want to go any further!”
There is a place for everyone…
…and you will know the right place for you when you reach it.
People are needed at base camp and outposts along the way to service and re-supply travellers exploring each consciousness region.
You may decide mediumship, healing, or hypnosis resonate with you.
Whatever is it, there will be people hungry for it and for your unique version that only you can provide.
Find your niche and settle there.
If you decide later to change or expand your offering,
relocate or move on to new adventures,
