Benevolent Universe
It’s an Abundant Universe…
Abundance comes in MANY forms...
We have been trained and conditioned to seek our fortune and to think of abundance in terms of money, possessions, wealth, and power, and many have spent much of their lives on the Hamster Wheel of Life chasing wealth and power goals.
While these pursuits are well and good, there are many OTHER important forms of ABUNDANCE that can get sidelined and neglected in the pursuit of monetary wealth…
Health, physical wellbeing
and feeling good in your body…
From your physical perspective, NOTHING is more important than your body. If you can’t get air to breathe, water to drink, food to eat, adequate sleep, warmth, and protection from the elements, all else is secondary.
If your body aches, is in pain, or does not work properly,
higher pleasures are secondary.
What good is a fortune if you are not abundant in health, physical wellbeing and feel good in your body?
Happily, your body IS biased and predisposed to thrive. Often, we just need to get out of its way and stop toxifying, over-stressing, and antagonizing it, and allow and enable it to regain its natural balance.
Connection, belonging and love…
You CRAVE connection, to…
- other people,
- Nature,
- kindred animals,
- Nature,
…and to the overarching, loving,
creative IS-ness of the Universe,
whatever name you may call it.
You crave deep, meaningful, satisfying relationships with them all.
When you have THESE, you are rich and abundant. When you do not, you feel emptiness and lack and seek to obtain them.
What good is a fortune if you are not abundant in Connection, Belonging and Love?
Happily, we are often SURROUNDED by others who want these same things too. We just need to FIND each other.
Variety and diversity…
There is a VAST variety of life on this planet and a vast variety of experiences available to be lived.
There is an extensive menu of possible experiences from which to choose.
You have the option to partake as desired, to pass up that which doesn’t appeal, or to reject and throw away that which does not agree with your palate.
All others around you have the same
opportunities and choices.
The variety and diversity of THEIR perspectives, needs and desires will often cause them to CHOOSE DIFFERENTLY than you, and this variety, choice, and contrast is truly wonderful.
This diversity is another form of abundance.
How much is enough?
Do you know people who seem to think they NEVER have enough?
As much as they earn and save and gather
and accumulate, it seems to
still be NOT ENOUGH.
Perhaps you look at them and think…
“if I had what you do, I would step off that
Hamster Wheel and enjoy life more.”
Sometimes it seems an INSATIABLE craving.
- Is it just habit?
- Behaving as expected?
- Trying to impress someone?
- Be accepted?
- Trying to impress someone?
- Behaving as expected?
…or FINALLY get approval, validation, respect and love?
Is FEAR the underlying driver?
Fear of poverty, medical bills, not being able to live the lifestyle they have been conditioned to pursue?
Do you KNOW such people?
Have you seen them in your neighbourhood, on your street, at your place of work, in your bathroom MIRROR?
- How much is habit?
- How much is peer pressure?
- How much is fulfilling expectations?
- How much is seeking approval of others?
- How much is seeking self worth?
True definition of abundance…
The true definition of abundance is…
The ability to do…
…what you need to do…
…when you need to do it.
Do you really NEED those million dollars right now? That mansion? That new car? That fat retirement fund?
Is that what you TRULY need to feel secure, successful, worthy, loved?
Or...is all you really NEED right now...
- a tasty bite to eat, a cool drink, a trusted friend to share something with,
- a patient, accepting, sympathetic ear to listen supportively,
- a warm caring hug,
- a soft pillow on which to lay your head,
- and a healthy, relaxing, restful night’s sleep that serves to replenish, restore, and refresh yourself?
Isn’t the monetary cost
of such things modest, but their value IMMENSE?
Aren’t they all within our reach,
if not immediately within our grasp?
How much do you
truly appreciate and cherish these things?
How deep and longing would your REGRET be if you let them slip away?
What CONSOLATION would a fat wallet or bulging investment portfolio be if you did not have these things?
We're more abundant than we know…
When you BROADEN your definition of ABUNDANCE it reveals
how truly abundant we are,
how much we already have,
how much there is to appreciate,
and what TRUE wealth IS.
Yes, you ARE enough, you ARE abundant, and you ARE loved.
It’s a Loving Universe…
Resonance
All things have a NATURAL FREQUENCY at which they want to vibrate.
A tuning fork, a crystal goblet, a bell each have a frequency at which they naturally want to oscillate.
It is a natural property of a thing such that when ENERGY is injected into the system, it naturally wants to respond in that way and at that frequency.
Some resonance is complex, with multiple frequencies overlapping (like a cymbal) while others are pure and composed of just one frequency (like a crystal glass or tuning fork).
Unless the energy is damped out by friction or resistance resonance can continue almost indefinitely.
The ability to maintain a desired state of resonance and vibration is called sustain, a highly desired property in musical instruments, and in LIFE.
Engineered systems are designed so their resonant frequency is significantly ABOVE that which they are likely to encounter.
Systems may be reinforced to withstand high AMPLITUDE oscillation at their resonant frequency while still maintaining their INTEGRITY and not disintegrating.
Living instruments...
As living instruments our challenge is often to MAINTAIN a vibrational frequency significantly HIGHER than that encountered in our daily environment.
The challenges, stressors, impact forces and low vibration assaults of daily life can CHALLENGE our integrity, resilience, durability and SUSTAIN.
We may need reinforcement to buttress vulnerable areas
and boost overall robustness.
Imagine a previously pristine crystal goblet fouled with a thick layer of grease that has DAMPED OUT its natural tendency to ring such that when it is “rung” it just goes “THUD.”
Now imagine a pressure washer stripping away the crud to clean and reveal the original BEAUTY underneath.
Physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually,
we ALL occasionally need added
support, reinforcement, and upliftment
to MAINTAIN our vibration, stability,
wellbeing, integrity and thriving.
From time to time we may all need a spiritual pressure wash to clean away the foulants of daily life and restore the beauty that’s hidden underneath.
Love: frequency of creation...
The structure of the Universe is such that its natural resonant frequency is LOVE.
Love is the natural response of the Universal system when energy is injected into it. It is a pure frequency, and it sustains effortlessly with truth, grace, and integrity.
Observe the incomprehensible complexity of creation, witness its exquisite balance, the beautiful interweaving of its many threads, its timeless majesty and enduring harmony.
THIS is beauty. THIS is love. THIS is creation.
Nature echoes these qualities. The natural world exists in its infinite complexity and sustains itself effortlessly, adapting and re-balancing as required to maintain its THRIVING.
Cycles turn, but life endures.
And despite what you may have been told…
YOU are not “apart” from Nature;
YOU are A PART of Nature;
an integral, precious, cherished,
valued PART of Nature.
Your physical body naturally tunes itself to its INNATE frequencies and rhythms.
The essence of your very being pulses and throbs at the natural resonant frequency of LOVE.
Love is embedded in your core. Like the man in the movie said,
“You can’t help it, it’s in your nature.”
The sound that RINGS throughout this marvellous Universal system as it turns and hums, is LOVE.
Love is the dominant chord in the music of the spheres…
The chorus, the refrain, the song of all creation is love.
It envelops us, it permeates us, it IS us.
Love: dominant intent of creation…
Love is the dominant intent and overriding desire that permeates creation.
It is the CURRENCY and LANGUAGE used for all meaningful interactions between entities.
The overriding DESIRE within each of US is to express and create and to give and receive LOVE.
Each of us SEEKS opportunities to express and receive love, be that in PERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS with a life partner or significant other, with our children, parents, family, our pets, our friends and within our work, civic and spiritual communities.
Love is an in-the-moment experience.
When you see a stranger about to step into moving traffic, you INSTINCTIVELY reach out to pull them back from peril.
THIS is love expressing itself in the moment.
It is our innate DESIRE to express love and to receive love.
It is the SIGNATURE of our identity that we exchange with our environment.
Just as warm objects RADIATE heat into their environment which warms other objects, they in turn RECEIVE heat energy from other objects which warm them. Similarly, WE radiate and receive love with OTHERS in our environment.
Our love is the SIGNAL, the information, the MESSAGE we radiate and absorb with our environment.
Each of us has our own UNIQUE love signature that identifies and defines It represents, expresses, and communicates the ESSENCE of who we uniquely are at that instant.

Light outperforms dark…
Darkness at night is just the temporary absence of the sun. There is no “darkness sun” that radiates darkness at night, it is just your temporary position on the planet relative to the sun’s position.
The sun is still there, it’s just on the other side of the planet and that other side of the planet is experiencing light. Allow the earth time to rotate in its natural cycle and you bathe again in the sunlight. Just as clouds or a solar eclipse temporarily obscure the sun, it is STILL there. Every day is a sunny day when you rise above the clouds obscuring the sun.
Darkness in a room is just the absence of a source of light. There is no “darkness” switch, only a light switch.
Darkness only exists when light has been obscured. Although light can be hidden under a basket, it cannot be extinguished, for light is eternal.
Light is the natural way of creation.
Love outperforms fear…
Just as darkness is the absence of light,
fear is the absence of love.
Fear is a mainstay of the 2k paradigm.
It is the elephant gun used in attempts to motivate and direct our thoughts and actions. It is a cheap shot… if you can’t compose a reasonable rationale, then invoke fear as the trump card to get the response you want.
While fear’s effect is fleeting, and only lasts while the flames of fear continue to be fanned, love NATURALLY persists and endures because its vibration is CONTINUALLY being reinforced and reintroduced by the elements of creation that are all around us.
NATURE exudes harmony and love. Vast populations of creatures thrive in harmony together.
But fear is oversold and overused and UNJUSTIFIED in most circumstances.
The dominant frequency of creation is LOVE
and that is primarily what surrounds and permeates us.
Children playing together naturally tend to get along, not even SEEING differences between them that adults might focus upon.
Children CARE NOT for each other’s skin colour, their culture, the type of garments they wear, the religious symbols that may hang around their necks.
All they see is seen through each other’s eyes, the ESSENCE of what is there within each one of them, and the FUN that can be had playing together.
If we would stop teaching our children fear and division, might we all, as ADULTS get along as well as do children playing together?
Is THAT how a 3k paradigm world COULD be?
Love does VASTLY outperform fear; we just need to stop seeding and feeding fear and ALLOW LOVE to naturally grow and thrive, thus allowing us ALL to do the same.
Predisposed to THRIVE…
You CAME here to thrive. You ARE predisposed to thrive. You are DESTINED to thrive.
The world is Not fair…
It’s been said the world is not fair; and it’s not…
..it is MASSIVELY rigged and weighted in your FAVOUR to promote your thriving!
Think about it…
Although you’ve encountered challenges in your life and in your body, haven’t you OVERWHELMINGLY succeeded in righting them, in getting them back into balance to restore a state of thriving?
You are more than a survivor… you are a THRIVER!
You may periodically deviate from your state of thriving to feel the challenge or discomfort of temporary adversity…
…but is this not ALSO BENEFICIAL to you…
…since it ACCENTUATES and EMPHASIZES the vividness of your predominant THRIVING?
The value of contrast…
A painting of polar bear in a snowstorm is a black dot, its nose.
But a painting of a breathtaking landscape requires CONTRAST.
It requires the interplay of light and dark to give texture and topographic relief, and three-dimensional affect to the image.
To elicit, provoke and reveal overwhelming BEAUTY and profound, awe-inspiring reality requires contrast, in paintings, and in LIFE.
Our nature is to love…
Consider a parent with a child, consider a lonely person with their dog or cat, observe, and witness their intense interest, pleasure, and passion for the WELLBEING of the other.
See their appreciation for the other’s very existence, their JOY that the other just IS.
Now consider…
…is LOVE not the
very currency of the exchange
between them?

LOVE is all there is, all that EXISTS in
that moment?
The Universe’s nature is to love; to love ALL that is in Nature, and especially to love US.

The value of diversity…
How you FEEL about the circumstances you observe, tables the subject for your own internal discussion, and our shared discussion as a collective humanity.
For example, observing such things as factory farming, different sexualities, school shootings, slavery, segregation, etc. puts those issues in your face to DEAL with and decide how you FEEL about what you are observing regarding these subjects.
Isn’t it healthy and growth-provoking to have such rich and meaty discussion about such significant issues? Isn’t this how growth, advancement, and maturation occur? Why not WELCOME a diverse cross section of differing perspectives, opinions and ideas and lean into this challenge and avail ourselves of these opportunities?
Our unique perspective…
We each perceive through the unique perspective of our physical body. Who can say whether my perception of the colour purple (the wavelength, not the movie) is the same as yours?
The world each of us experiences is FAR more complex and unique than it appears on the surface. Although we share some common elements (like the perception of gravity), EACH of us experiences our OWN version of reality that is unique to us, both in terms of perception and meaning.
In this sense we ALL create our OWN, unique REALITY.

our Universe is an OVERWHELMINGLY benevolent place.
The dance of chemistry, the symphony of electrical impulses, the surging of creativity, regeneration and life force within your own physical body should be evidence enough.
We can barely BEGIN to truly comprehend the scope, complexity, balance, and precision of these interwoven and exquisitely complex systems that have successfully adapted, regenerated, and continued to THRIVE throughout eternity.

The Earth is TEEMING with life…
We have only BEGUN discovering all the diverse forms of life on our home planet.
Scientists have acknowledged that there are MANY species of life on our planet, in our oceans and elsewhere, that have not been discovered yet

The known Universe contains COUNTLESS galaxies, EACH with their own solar systems and planets.
It stands to reason, there would be a PLETHORA of life in our galaxy.
Extraterrestrials exist…
ETs DO exist, and they are NOT the bogey men portrayed in the “media” or our “entertainment” industry.
MANY of them are INTENSELY interested in and supportive of our progress and wellbeing.

The Dogon of Mali were reported to have knowledge of astronomy, including the multi-star nature of Sirius, far exceeding what should have been possible in their culture.
The Nazca lines in southern Peru have been dated between 500 BC and 500 AD.
Some run straight across the landscape, but many portray figurative designs of animals and plants.
The images they represent are best viewed from airplanes or helicopters at about 500m (1,600 ft).
Forgotten history...
Many ruins, and their cultures, predated modern ecorded history, yet some seemed surprisingly advanced technologically.
Radiocarbon dating shows that the earliest exposed structures at Göbekli Tepe were built between 9500 and 9000 BCE.
The TRUE age of the Sphinx, based on erosion patterns and climactic data has been estimated by some to be over 7,000 years old.
It’s time WE caught up with our ancestors and REGAINED some of the knowledge and understanding THEY had.

Just like a teen saving for their first car, family help is more likely to show up…

Maybe WE need to demonstrate OUR commitment to the future…

Our right, and our responsibility…
Transformation is our right to experience, and our responsibility to direct.
It would not be appropriate for another, person, culture, or civilization, to UNWRAP our gifts for us and intelligent extraterrestrials would NEVER just give us all the answers and prevent us from learning or developing in our own way at our own rate.
This would rob us of the growth and the satisfaction that is ours to experience and benefit from.
As the man in the movie said,
“This is the part you have to do yourself.”
No one can grow for another…
Humankind must learn and grow for itself.
- No one can LEARN for another.
- No one can GROW for another.
- No one can MATURE for another.
- No one can GROW for another.
As much as we might want to do these things for our children, we cannot, and it would not be in their best interest and highest good if we could.
It doesn’t help to release an emerging butterfly from its chrysalis, it WEAKENS it, and it doesn’t help an ascending humanity to hand it a cheat sheet with all the answers and DEPRIVE IT of gaining knowledge and competence by itself, for itself.
The most you can do is provide some HINTS about how to solve present challenges and problems.
Then it’s up to the INDIVIDUAL to DECIDE what to TRY.

…a gentle snowfall accumulating on a mountainside to the point that the lightest incremental touch is enough to initiate…
…an AVALANCHE of change…
…that TRANSFORMS the surrounding landscape profoundly and irreversibly.

…that will just go along with the flow and ride the CURRENTS and the Jetstream established by others.
Once they SEE things begin to change, they will quickly jump on board and…
