Eternal & Infinite
P2 You Are Eternal, Infinite & Multidimensional
You are Energy
The Universe and reality are made of energy and so are you.
Energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed. The same is true for you.
You have always existed and always will. You are eternal. You are also multidimensional.
The essence of who you are
is your unique energy signature.
The ALL that is YOU expresses itself in a multitude of ways, only one of which is your present physical personality in this lifetime.
You are Eternal
You exist. You always have, and you always will.
Even though your physical form may cease to exist, the essence of who you are is eternal, infinite, and indestructible.
You have always existed, have experienced thousands of lifetimes, and will always exist in one form or another.
You are a Spiritual Being
You are a spiritual being, part of which is having your present physical experience.
The physical you who is reading this is only a fraction of the totality of all you truly are.
You are a piece of the Creator
You are divine.
You are magnificent.
You are gently and intensely loved by the creator just as you are, unconditionally, irrespective of your choices or your deeds.
You are loved for who you are; not for what you do.
You are an Expression of Love
The dominant chord and vibration of the essence of who you are is…
…LOVE, COMPASSION, CREATIVITY, with a hunger for UNDERSTANDING and CONNECTION…
…to KNOW and be KNOWN.
You are Perfect
There is nothing wrong with you. The essence of who you are is perfect.
You always have been, and you always will be.
That said, you always have the opportunity and capacity for growth, increased understanding, expansion and joy. There is always opportunity for more.
Nothing is ever going wrong when you can find the benefit in every situation and how it serves you.
You are Worthy
You deserve to be here. Each and every one of us is valued, needed and unique.
You are loved, cherished, and supported. Always.
You chose to be here and All-That-Is would not be complete without you.
You have innate worth and are precious beyond measure. The very fact you exist is the Universe’s declaration of your worthiness.
The Universe believes in you; so should you!
Your Multidimensional Self
You are a multidimensional being who extends beyond this physical incarnation, your earthly personality, and your current physical body.
When you choose to project a portion of your consciousness into the physical realm, the larger part of you remains as non-physical energy. Only a small sliver of your total consciousness is assigned to the personality animating your present incarnation.
Think of it this way… if you had 100 million dollars to invest, would you place it all in a single account,
or would you diversify your holdings to receive maximum benefit from each unique investment?
Several ancient, and some current, cultures, such as Lemurian, Atlantean, Egyptian, Peruvian, Mayan, Incan, Dogon, Aborigines and other Indigenous tribes, understood and still understand our multidimensional nature.
In this regard our so-called modern society is actually very backward. There is a lot of wisdom that has been forgotten, discarded and expunged as “unproven”, “pseudo-scientific”, “superstitious”, “misinformation.” Such is the mindset of Muggles.
When you incarnate, the larger part of you remains available as your Higher Self, ready to provide insight and guidance once its involvement is requested.
Isn't it time for you to get to know more of your whole, multidimensional self?
Your Higher Self
Because you are multidimensional, there are parts of you that seem separate, but are really other aspects of the totality of all you truly are.
We all have the ability to access our higher consciousness, our higher self, our inner being, if we choose to learn how to attune to it.
Your higher self is the more aware part of you that is not limited by the five senses that dominate your physical perceptions of the world around you. Your higher self hasn’t forgotten and still sees the bigger picture.
What can your higher consciousness bring to the table? The nonphysical aspect of YOU is there to cheer you on and is available to support you.
So how does this work?
While your brain receives stimulus from your physical environment,
and your physical mind perceives the physical world around you,
your higher mind, from its elevated perspective, has the ability to conceive what is possible.
From its higher vantage point, your higher mind can see what you cannot; the paths, linkages, cooperative components and passageways that are available for you to follow if you so choose.
Your higher self can provide an aerial overview of the terrain and suggest paths and routes
you might follow to get from where you are to where you want to be.
Access to your higher consciousness IS possible, and some ways of accessing it, such as through meditation, dreams, channelled or inspired writing, will be discussed later.
Your Angels and Guides
You also have your own support team and cheering section in nonphysical who are rooting for you. They are available to support you but you must ask for their help and involvement.
You are the captain of your own ship and they will not interfere unless you invite their input. You may get nudges from them from time to time, but they are available to support you in a much bigger way once you ask.
Call them angels, call them guides, call them whatever names you want. The point is…
…they are always available to support you.
But make no mistake…
…you are not subservient to or lesser than them.
You are a master…
…one of the brave ones who chose to step onto this physical time-space playing field in density, feeling separate and disconnected from the greater knowing of all you really are and all you are capable of.
Your Soul Family
You are also part of a soul family; a group of energies that play together in physical and nonphysical for mutual growth, expansion and understanding.
Together, you are like impromptu musicians in a “jam session” or a troupe of actors, assuming various roles in different life productions… triggering, stimulating, provoking, nurturing, loving and sharing in experiences together. You may switch roles to experience the various facets of the relationships; to see things from multiple perspectives.
You are all actors in a play...
We are all actors playing roles so convincingly that we become the character and forget our previous perspective as the actor we are, as well as all the prior roles that we have played before assuming our current role.
Because we do not recall our perspective as actors, we are highly bought-in and committed to our roles, thus accentuating the vividness of our experiences and the impact they have on us.
This maximizes the value of the experience for
the expansion of our understanding.
The physical body is the flesh and bone costume you wear for the incarnate experience. It serves as the apparatus, the container, the vehicle, the instrument used to physicalize the portion of you that is projected here to interact in this space-time continuum.
It is only a fragment of the totality of all you really are.
It acts as a Vibrational Translator that lets you perceive and experience physical reality as you interact and explore this physical plane. It is your avatar.
Your personality is the part of your identity that motivates the character you create to interact with the other players. It is the synthesis of the nonphysical energy you projected here, combined with biology, that is then overlaid with an ego to create the personality and temperament you designed to provoke the experiences you wanted to have when you decided to come here.
Let's look closer at this arrangement...
You are the athlete on the field, and nonphysical entities are in awe of you and your eagerness to explore and play here. They are waving and cheering and shouting words of encouragement to you… if you could only hear them.
Of all the nonphysical energies vying for a chance to come play on the planet in physical, you won the lottery, you secured the golden ticket that enabled you to come here. You are one of the privileged ones and you were ecstatic about the opportunity to come — even if you don’t remember…
The majority of who you are always remains nonphysical as do the nonphysical aspects of your loved ones.
So why do you do it?
You choose to incarnate into a physical body to viscerally experience the universe, to better understand it, to grow and for the pure pleasure of the experience.
You plan the potential circumstances of each life and the setup you think will be most conducive to the circumstances you wish to experience, the themes you wish to explore, and the areas where you believe discovery and growth will be most satisfying.
You choose to co-create experiences with the major players in your life,
your parents, your siblings, your spouse, your children,
your mentors, your enemies, your protagonists, and antagonists.
You establish contracts for potential interaction that are intended to be mutually beneficial. Some are long-term contracts (like with a parent or sibling), others may be short term “bump” contracts for short intense interactions that provoke and trigger the relevant concept to be explored. Layers of similar potential interactions and stimuli may be structured so that if one interaction does not take place, another that draws attention to the same issue will.
Once the issue has been adequately addressed and your vibration altered accordingly, you no longer need and will no longer attract such experiences to you since they would be redundant and of little incremental value.
Instead, you attract different situations that match your new vibration to enable your new issues to be visualized more clearly so you can experience, understand and address them.
Consciousness grows and expands because of physical incarnations.
You choose the point in time into which you project yourself into physical in order to have the most satisfying incarnation experience. This could be in the “past” or “future” as you see them from your present space-time perspective.
Every insertion point will have it’s history and back story to make it real and believable.
There is no point wishing “Oh, I should have been born then.” If that is what you would have wanted and what would have served you best, then that is when you would have been born. You are always at the right place and time.
You choose the setting of your physical existence, including your gender, parents, siblings and extended family, your birth order, your physical attributes, your personality, your intellectual capacity, your level of awareness, your socioeconomic status, your country, and the degree of power you inherited from your “position of entry” into this physical plane.
You deliberately chose the setting and details of this incarnation for the stimulation, discovery, growth, thrills, fun, sensations, and excitement the process is likely to produce.
WHO you are, WHERE you are and WHEN you are are EXACTLY what you wanted and chose.
Everything about you is right… Your timing is right, your gender is right, your body is right, your family is right and your circumstances are right. You selected these, and they can all serve you well for the growth you came here to experience.
The choice was yours, and now the choice is yours regarding how best to use your opportunities.
Appreciate it. Savour it and take full advantage of it.
You choose the fundamental belief systems you are embedded in, exposed to and programmed with.
You may land in an environment steeped in a particular religion, nationalism, culture, social perspective, gender bias, racial bias, sexuality bias, ethics bias, political bias, etc., etc.
These are all part of your starting point from which to grow.
The predominant beliefs you are programmed with and adopt are given to you by your parents, family, society, country, peer group and the mass media around you.
You are conditioned, trained, and motivated, often by fear, to accept them all without question. Almost everyone around you does, so they must be right. Right?
While some of these thoughts and beliefs may serve you, many do not.
As your consciousness develops you may sense the falsity and inequity of them, but since most people around you follow them, so do you… at least initially… UNLESS you mature and learn to think, reason, feel, believe and choose for yourself.
This turmoil can lead to inner conflict between what you innately know and feel, and what you have been told to believe and do in order to be accepted by your peers and community. This misalignment can lead to emotional discomfort and discontent as well as physical ailments.
But remember, ALL of this was CHOSEN to benefit you and to serve as a catalyst for GROWTH.
Another choice you make is the degree to which you intend to WAKE UP in this incarnation, and when (if ever).
One scenario is that a person arrives in physical already awake.
A second scenario is that a person arrives asleep but intends to wake up, or arrives partially awake, but intends to wake up further. They may gravitate to subject matter, people and experiences that accelerate this awakening and searching for more complete understanding. They may even lay potential triggers along their path such as traumatic events to help awaken them.
A third scenario is that a person never intends to wake up in this lifetime. They may have other intentions and growth that doesn’t involve remembering who they are. In that case, the kind of circumstances and events that may awaken some others don’t trigger them at all.
The fact that you are here reading this suggests you are in scenario 1 or 2
and want to explore these subjects and connect with your community
during your present physical life experience.
Allow others their freedom and process…
Just because another does not see things as you do or does not appear to be awakening as you are, does not mean anything is going wrong. They may have chosen not to awaken (scenario 3), or they may have chosen to position themselves near to you so their curiosity may be piqued, and they eventually begin asking you questions (scenario 2). Awakening is a process that cannot be rushed or forced.
They must ask the questions if and when they choose,
since it is no use answering questions that are not being asked.
Sometimes the most you can do for another is to go on living your life in full view of them and let them enquire about aspects of it that interest them. This then provides an opening for conversation and sharing. They will decide when the time is right for them to approach you and enquire (if ever).
Live your life and let them come to you if they so choose.
Digging deeper into some concepts...
1. Exploration of Themes...
Our incarnate expressions are designed to spur exploration of certain themes, concepts, and experiences that we think will be interesting, fun and satisfying, and which will advance our growth, understanding and appreciation of all existence.
For example, one may choose to explore themes such as…
- finding one’s voice or creativity
- overcoming adversity
- greed and selfishness, vs generosity and giving freely
- expressing or receiving love, or experiencing loss of love
- betraying another or experiencing betrayal
- being the victimizer or the one victimized
- being a martyr or a brutalizer
- living a life of poverty, or corruption and abuse of power
- providing unconditional love, trust and support
- overcoming perfectionism or self criticism
- learning to let go, take risks and flow with life
- cultivating resilience, optimism, and determination
- overcoming abandonment or abuse
- experiencing redemption or rebirth
- awakening to higher consciousness
- appreciating the value of joy and having fun
- experiencing parenthood or nurturing others
- ability to teach, as well as learn from others
- caring for others when strong, and experiencing the humility of being cared for when weak
We design the environments but are totally free to choose and roam within the designed experience setting.
We have free choice within the deliberately constructed framework.
It may sometimes be a game of hide and seek to see if the personality can discover the true nature of itself and its relationship to the whole and its situation within the physical context of the time-space reality.
Through each perspective, ALL creation benefits by better understanding itself.
2. Fate versus Free Will...
We are the creators, not the victims, of our lives...
There is no such thing as fate.
Everyone has free will and free choice.
- You have complete ownership and absolute freedom as to who you choose to be, and how you choose to express, create, and contribute. You can even choose to believe you have no choice.
- Each choice is equally right and valid. There is no judgment, no right or wrong, no bonus points or docked marks.
- No decision is wrong since every choice results in experience that increases understanding and spiritual growth, which is the whole objective. Every choice provides consequences, and experiences.
- Despite “pre-loading” the likelihood of having certain types of experiences, you always have free choice and free will to change course. You may lay triggers to stimulate growth in a certain area, but you are not obliged to experience them. You may have positioned traumatic events to shock you and cause you to start asking bigger questions. However, you may experience the event and not have it trigger awakening. The triggers may become bigger until they have the desired effect, or alternatively, are no longer needed.
- You may position multiple potential triggers so that if one is not activated, another upcoming one can still be. If you receive the desired result from an earlier trigger, you may breeze past subsequent triggers without consequence. For example, if a health scare causes you to pause and reflect, there may be no need for you to get T-boned in a car accident in future, (so you avoid being in the intersection at the crucial moment). A trigger may pass without you even recognizing it since it is no longer relevant to your growth.
- Redundancy is often provided to allow the broadest range of experiences. All can have constructive results.
- Free choice is sacred and is respected by nonphysical intelligence. Unless you ask for guidance or inspiration, you are left to explore your life experience unimpeded. However, once you do ask, an abundance of help is available.
- There are many nonphysical intelligences who are intensely interested in every aspect of your physical life and can provide ideas, inspiration, suggestions, guidance, perspective, and support once you ask for it.
3. No Karmic Balancing...
There is no karmic balancing required in one incarnation because of actions in another.
There is no need to experience suffering as revenge or payback for pain you inflicted on another in an alternate incarnation.
However, your higher self may choose to experience relationships from multiple perspectives out of curiosity and to better understand various feelings and experiences.
A victimizer in one life may choose to experience being the victim in another to understand the consequences of their actions and see it from both sides.
You are never being punished.
You choose an adventure for the experience and understanding that results from it.
4. Life Lessons...
While you did not come here to be “graded” or to “graduate”, new understanding or “life lessons” as some call them are an inevitable by-product of your experience.
Lessons are not the point of the experience but rather a by-product of it.
This is not a school. We are not here to learn lessons, but we cannot help but learn and expand our understanding and compassion because of the experiences we have.
You came here to perceive, experience, create, and connect with others in a manner that would be expansive, joyful, beneficial, and satisfying.
5. Deliberate Amnesia...
To enhance the vividness of the physical experience and help you invoke amnesia to totally buy in to the illusion of your limitations, you deliberately forget your connection to your nonphysical self.
Upon incarnation, your understanding and memory of these truths are deliberately obscured to provide a fresh life experience – a clean sheet of paper on which to write the story of your “now” life.
However, you may sometimes recall vague knowing of truths and have occasional flashes of remembrance, particularly at a young age.
To have the most vivid, compelling and believable experience while you are here, you erase all memory of your decision to travel here and forget all awareness of the totality of who you really are. You give yourself amnesia to facilitate complete buying in and believe-ability of the scenario you created to have the most impactful experience.
If you were to remember who and what you truly are, the experiences you have would have less effect. The movie has greatest impact the first time around when you don’t know the setup and the plot.
You deliberately forget, to have the most vivid, full-on, high intensity version of this life.
6. Illusion of Separation...
When you project into physical, you also create the illusion of separation.
Your physical expression / personality sees itself as an individual, separate from all others it sees around itself in the world.
Most people never perceive beyond this illusion.
They live out their entire lives not remembering who they truly are.
Thinking they’re not connected to everyone and everything causes many to be uncaring of the needs of others. They want their slice of the pie before it runs out at any expense, and to hell with others.
The powerful may feel entitled to exploit the powerless with impunity thinking the harm they cause others has no consequence on them. They become callous and self centred. They protect themselves and their families, but don’t care much about the larger community or the world around them.
In reality, everyone and everything ARE connected.
Diminishing ONE, diminishes ALL… Uplifting ONE, uplifts ALL!
7. Sense of Adventure...
One doesn’t go to an amusement park to sit on a bench...
Same with each incarnation. Even though you came to explore and grow, you incarnated for so much more.
You’re not here to suffer, be a martyr or a victim or feel sorry for yourself. You didn’t come to atone for past sins or plead for forgiveness, or seek worthiness.
You came to have adventures, to take risks, to interact with others, to discover, to co-create, to gain clarity, to have a blast and to have your hair blown back by a series of wild, visceral experiences, rife with sensation.
Embrace life. Live boldly.
If life isn’t what you desire, change it.
Choose to live, love, learn, be happy, and above all, have fun!
Now let's talk about your physical body...
You're more than just a physical body... but now, you've forgotten that...
You’ve landed on the planet in a physical body with no recollection of your larger self…
Great! Now what?
You look around and start receiving programming from your family based on who they think they are, which is based on what they were told and how they’ve been programmed. Even if you manage to bring some knowing from that higher realm, before long they will crush it out of you.
Soon you will identify as they instruct, based on your physical shape, gender, personality, socioeconomic class, and the role they teach you to play within your life’s setting.
So what might you want to remember about your physical body and psyche?
Your physical body, your personality and your ego are just a fraction of the totality of who you are.
Your body serves as the translator, the instrument by which to interpret the vibrations of the Universe into what you perceive through your five senses. It provides the primary sensory inputs that overwhelmingly define your physical experience.
Your body is the mask, the costume you wear. It is the avatar you inhabit while in physical to allow you to have a convincing, visceral experience during your incarnation.
Your personality is the identity you assume, and the character you play.
The main purpose of the ego is to protect and preserve your physical body from harm, and to avoid death of the body at all costs. That is why the ego’s message is often one of fear.
The ego serves us well as a cautionary advisor, but not as a master. We can embrace our ego, like a frightened child, but not allow it to dominate our lives.
The ego must be kept in balance with the other aspects of who you are.
Your body is a community of trillions of cells, each of which has its own innate intelligence, identity, and consciousness. They communicate, coordinate, interact and function together in harmony as your physical body, to provide you with the “vehicle” and “sensory apparatus” you use for your physical adventure into time-space reality.
Your conscious mind has no awareness of the innate intelligence of your cells and the communication that happens between them. This all takes place invisibly in the background. You don’t have to tell your heart to pump and your lungs to breathe and your liver to function. These are all expertly taken care of for you by your body’s innate intelligence.
As a result, your physical body’s default condition is always to thrive!
You can form an alliance between your body’s innate intelligence and your conscious mind.
Think of your conscious mind as being like the mayor of a community that can listen to its constituents,
as well as give instruction and directives to the citizens of the community.
These citizens are the cells of your body and they can both talk to, and take instructions from, your conscious mind.
Your body is listening to you all the time and hearing your positive and negative affirmations about it!
You can hate your body. You can curse your body and complain to it that it is not what you want. You can condemn it as being too fat, too thin, not the right shape or height or build.
Or…
You can love your body. You can praise and appreciate your body for being your partner in physical, for taking care of all its processes so you don’t have to think about them. You can form a partnership and alliance with your body. You can commit to take care of it and trust that it will take care of you.
Which do you suppose will return better results?
You may not even be aware of the instructions you are giving your body with your external conversations and internal self talk, but it will follow and comply with your assessment and statements. Your inner talk directs the cells of your body to thrive, heal or, if the directives are negative, to shut down and die.
You also have the power to deliberately issue commands and directives to your body to perform as you desire.
Be aware of what you are saying to your body and only affirm what you want!
Your physical body mirrors your energetic and emotional state.
In addition to being your vehicle to move about the planet, your body is an outward expression, representation, and manifestation of your emotional and energetic state.
Your body sends you messages about your inner energetic and emotional states, plus your thoughts and beliefs.
Your body out-pictures what is going on within you emotionally
through the symptoms it manifests that mirror the emotional issue.
Have a bladder infection? Who or what are you pissed off at?
Lower back issue? In what way do you not feel supported?
Neck pain? Who around you is a pain in the neck?
Shoulder pain? What issues or weight are you shouldering that you feel are unbearable?
It’s not that tough to decode what it’s trying to tell you, but check out Louise Hay’s Heal Your Body for a more complete listing…
If interpreted, read, and understood correctly they serve as a messenger of your emotional and psychological status.
Plainly put, the body expresses in a visible form what is going on in the mind.
Muscle testing, also called kinesiology, is a way your body can talk to you.
By making a statement and observing the effect on muscle strength the body can register True or False to the question.
The body is indicating whether it is congruent or incongruent with the statement.
By working through a series of questions, like logic gates, the body can direct you to the underlying issue or solution.
There are several methodologies used by practitioners for identifying issues. Check out the Resources section for more info on these methods and practitioners.
Your body can even provide Yes or No answers through the micro muscle movements it provides in response to a question, which are then amplified through the motion of a pendulum. You can find out more on this in the Resources section as well.
Once you become attuned to it, your body can tell you what food it needs. This goes beyond the idea of following a diet or eating for your blood type. No diet is a one-size-fits-all solution that is right for everyone all the time. It is not a fad or fashion.
Often your cravings are your body’s current read on what would be most beneficial for it at that moment.
Food cravings change as the body’s needs change. Ask your body, like speaking kindly to a friend, what it would most like, then wait to receive an impression of the answer. It may be the food that “sparkles” when you imagine it, or some recurring image in your mind’s eye of what your body is trying to communicate to you. It may be an overwhelming craving for water, or for a certain vegetable, or even red meat protein.
Respecting these cravings is an act of loving and caring and honouring your body and yourself.
Just be sure to understand the difference between the body’s message of what it needs, vs your ego’s desire to consume to soothe pain, boredom or emptiness.
This is not the same as comfort eating to pacify pain or gorging to fill an emotional hole. The result of comfort eating is often sluggishness or guilt or feeling bloated, polluted, and gross.
Quenching your body’s true food cravings feels uplifting, right, on path, truly soul satisfying, and energizing.
Dis-ease is exactly that.
It is the body’s out picturing of disharmony, imbalance, and dysfunction.
It can also reveal aspects of your lifestyle that may need to change such as changing your job; a personal relationship; forgiving and making peace with someone or something; or slowing down.
Dis-ease may be the excuse and the permission slip to stop and think where you may be off path and in need of change and the underlying issues you’ve been ignoring that you may wish to address.
Dis-ease can often be released once the underlying message is received, understood,
then energetically and emotionally addressed.
Dis-ease may also be the means to depart once you are ready to leave the planet.
Disease and illness may provide a chance to put affairs in order, make peace, and prepare family for your upcoming departure. It may be your exit/off ramp from physical back to nonphysical.
No physical body lasts forever and dis-ease is one viable exit strategy; one that allows time to prepare and say goodbye.
Beyond Your Physical Body...
1. Intuition
Intuition is information discerned from beyond the five senses.
It is sometimes referred to as “gut feel”, “inner knowing”, or even “Spidey sense”. It can be an instant feeling about a certain person or idea or place or situation or information.
There may be no rational justification for it, no logical equation validating its accuracy and because of this it is often squelched or discounted as silly.
However, some of the highest performing individuals attest to the validity of gut instinct about a candidate, inner knowing to skate to where the puck will be next, bad vibes about a place, sick feeling about a situation, or an overwhelming urge to run for safety.
It can be an impulse to act on something immediately, or being magnetically drawn to a person, place, or idea.
For these high performing people intuition is a superpower,
their extra edge, their sixth sense.
Intuition is real and available to anyone willing to acknowledge it and honour it.
2. Familiarity / Prior Knowing
Familiarity and prior knowing are recognizing someone or something without reason why you would.
It may be meeting a person for the first time and being drawn to them, being at ease with them, feeling like you’ve known them forever and immediately trusting them. Other people you’re repulsed by, instinctively don’t trust, and want to get away from as quickly as possible.
It can be travelling to a place on the planet you’ve never been before, but it feels so familiar you’d swear you’ve been here before. You may have a sense about what’s around the next corner, and it’s there.
Sensing familiarity and prior knowing can mean you’ve had prior lives with these entities or places, either positive or negative.
Some young children, usually under the age of seven, bring with them knowledge of past events from other incarnations.
Children may be able to explain how another of their lives ended, where that body is, or even the murder weapon or perpetrator. Some may randomly make statements like, “remember when I was your mummy”, or when watching a TV show say, “that’s how I died”, or even “do you remember that place we were before we were born?”.
These may be casual statements made before returning to some activity in the present moment as if their prior statement was nothing special. Years later they may not remember having made these statements.
Other children may bring talents such as being a piano virtuoso or master painter with no formal training at an impossibly young age. Some sing with such soul you’d swear they had many years of life experience, yet they are just young kids.
This remembering is becoming more common.
3. Precognition
You may sense that something is about to happen days, weeks, or months before it does.
This may be a bad feeling about something you are normally comfortable with, like attending an event, taking a flight, etc.
It may involve sensing the imminent passing of a person you have a connection with, perhaps a friend or family member, even though there is no rational reason why this should be expected.
Precognition tends to relate to an event rather than person or place.
4. Energy of Places
When significant emotional events have occurred in a place, their energy can get imprinted on that place.
Battlefields, prisons, fight-to-the-death coliseums, death camps, and torture chambers all can be steeped in pain and suffering energy that attuned and empathic people can sense.
Conversely, some places can feel so good you may just want to linger and bask in their energy.
This can be in nature, by a waterfall or ocean, in a sanctuary, meditation space, temple, or other tranquil or sacred place.
Some places may feel uplifting and nurturing, others vile and toxic.
This sensing is to be respected.
If it feels right, stay. If it feels wrong, leave.
5. Dreams
Journeying within…
Dreams are a portal and excursion into a different dimension of pure consciousness and understanding where symbolism is the language rather than words.
There are many types of dreams with different purposes and meanings…
- Visitation Dreams involve interactions with someone who has recently passed into nonphysical and may want to communicate that they are fine or have a message for you.
- Off-world Dreams involve finding yourself in a spaceship or on another planet.
- Alternate Identity Dreams involve being a different human identity or extraterrestrial lifeform.
- Alternate Era Dreams involve finding yourself in another time period.
- Flying Dreams involve feeling free and capable of anything with the ability to soar freely in space or time or transport yourself just with thought to another place instantly.
- Terror Dreams may reveal your innermost fears or beliefs so you can address them in your waking life.
- Creative Dreams can bring ideas, inspiration, or solutions to problems you’ve been trying to solve.
- Processing Dreams involve rehashing or reprocessing events that happened in your day to better understand or integrate them.
- Symbolic Dreams may involve Animal Totems that represent certain concepts or attributes such as strength or wisdom or resourcefulness that are relevant to your present life experiences and issues.
- Lucid Dreams are dreams where you are aware you are dreaming and then may even deliberately direct the course of events in the dream.
Setting intentions…
Before you go to sleep you can elicit the type of dream you want, whether it is to receive clarity, or information, or contact.
You can also set the intention to remember your dreams upon waking.
Dream journaling…
Documenting your dreams is a way to capture the events and details of dreams and extract meaning from them.
Dream interpretation…
Although there are many sources that offer to tell you the meaning of certain events in a dream, or suggest possible meanings of dreams, only you can discern what a particular dream means to you.
6. Out-of-body Experiences
In an out-of-body experience your consciousness and perspective of observation is projected beyond the limits of your physical body.
You may travel through walls, traverse great distances, have a view from high above or even looking back at the planet.
You may feel you are multiple places at once.
You may feel tethered to your body by a cord but still free to roam knowing you can always find your way back and reconnect completely with your physical body.
You may be able to see inside your body and see representations of emotional pain and unresolved issues and imbalances and where in the body these are located.
You may feel a moment of oneness where you feel connected to everything and a sense of calm, infinite knowing, wellness, and euphoria.
Out-of-body experiences can happen in meditation or even spontaneously. They can be transformative and life-changing in that they radically expand your perspective on who you are and where your consciousness resides.
After glimpsing the bigger picture, you see yourself and the world differently.
7. Near-death Experiences (NDEs)
NDEs can happen when a body is deathly ill or has clinically died for a short period of time. They are like out of body experiences, but are usually brought on by severe trauma or imminent failure of the physical body.
By all external measures, you may have been considered clinically dead, even though, clearly, you retained your consciousness, identity, and awareness.
During an NDE you may…
- Find yourself travelling down a tunnel that opens to bright light and feeling of love.
- Perceive overwhelming love, beauty, understanding, and calm such as never experienced on earth that makes you want to remain there.
- Meet up with family members who are already in nonphysical and have conversations with them that can be healing and forgiving. Their perspective towards you may be far more loving than it was when they were in physical.
- Be present with people still in physical and know their thoughts and feelings about you.
- Be able to travel instantly to people or places you think about.
- Be aware of what is going on around your body and events happening elsewhere such as conversations down the hall or loved ones’ concerns for you.
- Look down on your body from above and question what you are seeing. For example, you may think… “If that is my body down there, then who am I who is observing from up here?”
- Understand the meaning, reason for, or cause of the illness or trauma that resulted in the NDE.
During an NDE…
One may reach a point when they are offered the choice to return or not and see probable consequences of each choice.
There may come a point of no return beyond which re-entry into the physical body is no longer possible.
The person having the NDE may not want to return to their broken or failing body unless there is a strong sense of important work still to be done, or the dire impact leaving would have on those left behind.
Although it may become clear it is not really your ‘time’ and that departure into nonphysical would be somewhat premature, it is always your choice and there is no right or wrong, no judgment or coercion.
A person who has had an NDE is changed; they have lots of questions about the meaning of what has happened to them.
They often return with a renewed sense of purpose in their life.
When you decide to leave your body...
Many people think they want to live forever, but do they really?
Wouldn’t you want to start fresh with a brand-new vehicle
rather than drive an old junker forever?
At some point the collective higher you will decide to leave your body, either when you have achieved what you came for or realize that achieving what you came for is no longer likely, desired, or possible.
In either of these situations, it’s time to review, reboot, and eventually reload into a new incarnation…
Death is never a failure.
The death of the body and of the incarnated personality is merely a transition. It is a means to pass from one form of consciousness to another, like walking through a door from one room to the other.
Death is not the end of consciousness, but merely the reallocation and reintegration of a small portion of life energy as it returns from one lifetime back to the Source from which it came.
Some might endure illness or injury before they die to give their loved ones time to adjust,
but that doesn’t mean anything is going wrong.
Because you are energy and eternal, the essence of who you are cannot die.
The physical apparatus you use to move about the planet during an incarnation can wear out or otherwise cease to function but the consciousness that once occupied it is indestructible, eternal, and endures.
Physical death is just the deactivation of the current body and personality. It is like an actor retiring a character and hanging up the costume at the end of a theatrical performance once the role is complete and the costume is no longer required.
The consciousness, after shedding the physical body, is no longer limited by the narrow, immature perspective of its prior incarnated personality.
This portion now returns to the nonphysical realm and rejoins the larger part of itself.
From this nonphysical perspective, now that the deliberate amnesia is gone, the returning consciousness remembers the truths it intentionally forgot during its physical incarnation but always knew at a higher level.
The freed nonphysical energy now understands that it is more than the body.
It sees the broader scope of who it really is and comprehends the experiences it had while in physical from an expanded, more complete, elevated perspective.
The life experiences are remembered, and the aspects and insights gained from that incarnation are integrated into its larger consciousness.
You are now welcomed back by your larger soul group, your guides, and the nonphysical portions of those who are still incarnate.
It’s a great reunion and a homecoming complete with unconditional love, celebration, and applause
for the great role you played so well.
Once you’ve had time to adjust back to your new broader perspective and are ready, your Guides and team and The Council will help you unpack, understand, and interpret your previous life’s experiences to extract meaning from them.
As you review that life, you feel the emotions of the people you touched, and understand the interactions from their perspective. You experience the feelings you generated in them because of your behaviour. You now get to feel what they felt at the time — good and bad.
There is no judgment, just deeper understanding of how your actions affect others.
There follows a period of reflection, assessment, and review of the life experience just completed, as well as a summing up of the takeaways from the experience and the expansion of understanding and spiritual growth that resulted.
Essentially…
- What do you now understand better because of the life just lived?
- What did you learn?
Based on this review, what circumstances, identity, persona, and elements might you want in your next incarnation?
After reviewing the actions of your prior life and understanding how your beliefs and behaviour affected others, you may need time to acknowledge the pain and suffering you inflicted, to forgive yourself, and to heal.
This is particularly true for those who have played the brutalizer and perpetrator of suffering,
for those roles required the greatest stretch, contortion, and departure from the truth of who they really are.
In a way, they also suffered and incurred a personal cost in order to play the villain.
The bigger the villain and more heinous the acts, the more recovery is required for the actor before being ready to undertake their next incarnation.
The souls who play the characters we are most apt to despise while in physical, such as Hitler, are the ones who have taken on the more challenging, Oscar-worthy roles that require most advanced skills and greatest soul sacrifices.
These villains are often the most impactful roles that galvanize humanity’s resolve to make major changes in the world to avoid such atrocities happening again. Sometimes the most horrific villains end up delivering the greatest gifts in terms of clarity, change and growth.
It may be difficult while we are in physical to understand this, but from the nonphysical perspective
these souls are truly supported and loved. They are never despised or seen as evil.
Your life-between-lives is a time of appreciation, analysis, healing, and reflection on the meaning of your past life experiences. It is also a place from which to plan your next incarnation, your next adventure into physicality and the settings and players with whom you want to interact and co-create.
You may want to linger in nonphysical or you may be ready to jump right back into a new incarnation.
Whatever you decide for your next incarnation, you are totally supported. Your Council works with you to help you discern what circumstances and scenarios might yield greatest benefit and growth for you and for the all the other players you will incarnate with. Everyone’s needs and desires are woven together to create the most beneficial tapestry for all involved.
Based on your prior life review, you may have identified circumstances, and situations that are interesting and may provide further growth. You may have ideas for a human identity or persona that would be an ideal vehicle for such experiences. You may have identified themes you want to explore further, or roles you want to take on, or elements you might want to include.
Imagine a seasoned actor who is searching for new challenging roles they have not taken on before.
Roles with extreme challenge that few could pull off, such as encumbering yourself with a severe “handicap” or physical limitation can trigger new dimensions of experiences and growth.
This may contrast with prior lives where you were physically powerful and could rely on that strength, whereas in a handicapped role you may be able to explore such things as great humility and extreme dependence on others. Such a role might dovetail nicely with someone who wants to explore heightened levels of care-giving and devotion to another.
Part of structuring life scenarios is weaving together relationships that balance and complement each other.
On the other hand, you may just want to reincarnate to support another soul and participate in their lives to provoke their growth. You may even choose to return as a newborn who only lives a few weeks but who’s passing might spur the parents and family to ask questions, awaken, explore new concepts, and grow.
You are so loving that you would do that for them, especially since you know you are eternal and have infinite lives available. You might even return as their next child and continue your co-creation and adventures together.
The overriding goal is to provoke the events, and the understanding likely to result from them, by stacking the deck to make certain life experiences more likely to occur.
Reincarnation is a concept included in most major religions, however in some it has been expunged
when it didn’t serve the purposes of those controlling the narrative and the population.
There are thousands of documented incidents of people recalling details of past lives they could not possibly otherwise know.
Reincarnation is a doorway to eternal growth of the soul…
Rather than just sitting around on a cloud in heaven for eternity, your soul craves more. It wants to continue to have stimulating and meaningful experiences in order to grow. It can’t wait to leave the spectator stands and get back onto the playing field.
Recalling a past life is an experience available to almost anyone through hypnotic regression
and is one of the concepts described here that can be independently verified.
