Time Travel back in time

Imagine you were to time travel back in time to visit people living with a 1k Paradigm understanding of their world, but retaining your present day knowledge and bringing your 2k Paradigm understanding with you.
Imagine how your understanding of life, of science, and of the universe,
would be far different from theirs.
While they would see the world through the eyes of someone from that time, you would see it through the eyes of someone who has seen the future and possesses expanded understanding.

For example...
Situations that might concern or terrify others wouldn’t phase you, knowing that their fears were baseless. While they fearfully threw rocks at the moon during an eclipse to chase away the gods they thought were eating it, you’d remain calm knowing it was just the shadow of the earth.
When they worried about sailing off the edge of a flat world,
you’d know that’s impossible on a round globe.
Imagine the advantage you’d have understanding that microbes (bacteria and viruses) exist, and that you can do simple things to protect against them.
Things like not eating spoiled food, washing your hands, cleaning wounds to prevent infection, avoiding the coughs and sneezes of sick individuals… easy things you could do to enhance your life that most don’t know about, but you do!
Think how much more effectively, healthfully, and happily you could live your life.
Your strategic advantage would be your greater understanding how life works and knowing the relationship between cause and effect!
