About the Founders...
We’re a husband-and-wife couple who have been best friends for 46 years, married for 40 and, together, have raised five amazing sons.
Equipped with training in engineering and computer science, we were former business owners living fast-paced, stressful lives when in 2010, the sudden passing of our brother-in-law jarred us enough to reexamine and question our own lives and priorities.
We pondered: If we passed tomorrow, were we happy and doing something meaningful and satisfying with our lives today? What happens to the essence of who we are when our bodies expire? Does consciousness continue? Where does it go and what does it do? Where was our consciousness before it became part of our physical bodies? What is the point and nature of existence anyway?
And the biggie…
What is the purpose of my life? Why am I here?
As we read books, spoke to the authors, attended seminars and retreats, and began integrating and applying these concepts in our daily life, we drifted further and further away from the outlook and priorities of mainstream society.
In 2013, we disengaged entirely from the corporate mainstream matrix to concentrate full time on refining and applying what we were learning, in our own lives.
In 2016, we realized just “sticking” these concepts onto old ways of thinking was too limited, and that making significant advances required a totally new, integrated framework of understanding; a different lens through which to view oneself and the world…
…a totally new paradigm.
Paradigm 3k is the culmination of over ten years of integration, development, and refinement into a concise, unified, whole package, that is understandable, practical, and empowering. It continues to evolve and grow as we do, and this website is our means of sharing it with the world.

- clean energy production (solar, free / magnetic / zero-point energy)
- water purification and reuse; waste management and recycling
- responsible agriculture (permaculture, organic farming, composting,
foraging (for foods and medicines), humane livestock treatment - food preparation and preservation (canning, drying, salting, smoking, fermenting, etc.)
- environmental stewardship and ecosystem management (surfacewater, groundwater, forest, wetlands, etc.)
- Propose new Functional Societal Systems to replace our current ineffective dysfunctional systems

Here, we focus on solutions rather than problems. Rule of thumb:
- spend <10% of time and energy discussing the problem;
- and >90% on developing solutions
Analyze the problem just long enough to identify root issues before pivoting to brainstorm and develop solutions.
Integrate info from multiple sources…
Scientific, spiritual, indigenous wisdom… Let’s integrate it all to create the best solutions…
Focus on practical above theoretical…
Look for ways to apply concepts in real-life situations.
Leverage concepts from similar systems…
Borrow ideas from other systems that are already working and think how they could be adapted to our circumstance or used as a jumping off point for further enhancements and development.
Seek synergy…
Seek solutions that solve more than one issue simultaneously
Seek All-benefit scenarios…
Seek scenarios where everyone benefits and will be supportive. A scenario where one is disadvantaged is not a true solution, it is a failed compromise.
Experiment and give it a try…
Rather than debate or argue about the merit, feasibility or potential of an idea, experiment and try it to determine its worth. Be bold and unafraid to “fail.” There is no failure if something is learned.

Traditional thinking would have been to write a book, but a website makes this information available planetwide immediately to anyone with a suitable device and an internet connection. Furthermore, a website can grow and expand daily.

What About a Book?
In future, there may well be a book or a series of books that elaborate on these concepts and this understanding, but for now we are focused on this website to make the information quickly and widely available to those who are asking.
